LIMA: Social urban city tour

We will discover the three faces of Lima: that modern, the historical one and the suburbs. We will visit the community of CANTAGALLO, where some SHIPIBO families live, originally from the Amazonian jungle who arrived in the city in the hard years of the civil war. Here the ancestral traditions of the communities survive and are handed down of the Amazon jungle.
ICA: discovering the desert & pisco

Rafting in the Chili River

You will have the opportunity to have an exciting rowing experience in the Rio Chili. No previous experience is required for this type of rowing and the guides who will accompany you are professional and highly trained. The descent of the river has an approximate length of 6km and lasts about an hour and a quarter and offers a privileged view of the entire valley and the Misti and Chachani volcanoes.
CUSCO: Pisaq and the Medicinal Andean plants of Sacaca

We will visit the archaeological site of Pisaq in the middle of the sacred valley and then continue the journey towards the peasant community of Sacaca (3800 masl) which maintains ancestral traditions and uses ancient knowledge of Andean plants (muña, eucalyptus, chamomile, oregano, rosemary etc…) to elaborate essential oils, soaps and shampoos. We will have lunch with the family who will prepare a typical Andean banquet with products by the kilometer zero.
CUSCO: Rainbow Mountain & Chari

Our adventure will begin in the rural community of Chari where we will have breakfast with typical local products. We will continue the journey and then stop in the village of Chillca from where we will start the 3-hour trek (between ascent and descent) which will show us the magic of the “MOUNTAIN OF SEVEN COLORS” (5,100 masl). Return to community of Chari in which we will meet the artisans (weavers) of the “Pallay Lliqlla” association who will prepare our lunch and introduce us to the secrets of traditional textile art.
